The Role
We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm in Central London. This role involves managing a range of property transactions—both residential and commercial—from instruction through to completion.

Reporting to the Head of Property, you will provide expert legal guidance throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring transactions progress efficiently and comply with all relevant property laws and regulations. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing client relationships, drafting legal documents, coordinating with third parties, and collaborating across departments to ensure a seamless service.

• Corporate/Commercial: Advising companies of all sizes on business structures, commercial agreements, and transactional matters.
• Property: Acting on behalf of a diverse range of clients, including individuals, developers, and banks, with particular strength in both residential and commercial property. Their work includes sales and purchases, commercial leases, new developments, and leasehold enfranchisement.
• Litigation: Handling complex disputes and regularly representing clients in the High Court and other tribunals.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Knowledge
• Minimum 2 years of experience handling residential and/or commercial conveyancing
• In-depth understanding of the property market and conveyancing practices

Skills & Attributes
• Strong ability to manage and develop client relationships with professionalism and empathy
• Excellent attention to detail when preparing legal documents and managing transactions
• Highly organised, able to prioritise multiple cases and meet deadlines
• Confident communicator with the ability to explain legal matters clearly to clients
• Comfortable working with legal and property software, including case management systems and MS Office
• Team-oriented, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments
