Part-time - 3 Full Days or 5 Half Days
Business Rates Administrator/Officer PA

This successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the administration of all workflows to ensure all work and Clients are kept up to date.
Working from home with meetings over Zoom/Teams and occasional meetings in person at Head Office.

Our head office is in Spinningfields on Deansgate, near to both train and tram stations.
Our hallmark is an absolute determination to get the best answer for the Client.
Property tax is a competitive arena and it’s important to find ways to stand out from the crowd!

Key duties include:
Processing aspects of workflow for all jobs from inception to completion including entering all client and property data into the Firm’s systems and databases.
Request and follow up necessary documents from clients where appropriate.
Maintain database and files to ensure all emails, post and data are current.
Ensure all system updates are implemented in a timely manner.
Verification of rates liabilities on behalf of Clients and liaison with Local Authorities as required.
Action requirements of individual Clients as required by the Surveyors.
Arrange meetings and appointments for the Office and Directors as required.

What you’ll need to succeed: The preferred candidate will have demonstrated experience in an Administrative role, preferably within the.
Knowledge and experience of databases, particularly Microsoft packages - Excel, Word and Microsoft Access.
Knowledge of the UK Rating System, Hubspot, and Analyse is desirable, but not essential.
Good time management / prioritisation skills Good communication skills Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
