We’re seeking an experienced Quarry Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our site in Norfolk. You’ll oversee production, safety, environmental compliance, staff coordination, and plant management—ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal downtime across the board.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily quarry operations, HSE, and quality control
Create & implement risk assessments and method statements
Lead staff scheduling, timesheets, inductions, and toolbox talks
Liaise with Area Manager, Transport, Materials, and HSE teams
Monitor plant maintenance, compliance, and incident reporting

Requirements:
Proven experience in quarry, landfill, or similar site management
WAMITAB & NVQ Level 6 in Quarrying (or equivalent)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Confident in MS Office, planning, and project coordination
In-depth knowledge of health & safety and environmental legislation
